We recognise that certain areas of the construction and property services sector may carry an increased risk of modern slavery, particularly where subcontracting is used.

To mitigate these risks, we:

  • Carry out proportionate due diligence on suppliers and contractors
  • Assess risks based on the nature of the services provided and geographic location
  • Seek assurances that suppliers comply with employment laws, minimum wage requirements, and working time regulations
  • Reserve the right to terminate relationships where serious concerns are identified

As our business grows, we will continue to formalise and strengthen our due diligence processes.
